Chinese always blame some outside agent. That can’t accept responsibility, not for themselves, and not for China. So, someone else must be at fault. (This is a Chinese cultural Achille’s heal)
I agree. Probably due to the cultural weakness of having to "save face" being much too important to them.
Funny the not accepting responsibility is a Dem trait at least going back to the first campaign of Bill Clinton. "Everybody does it." Even today he claims he had no choice with Monica, it was a stress reduction strategy straight out of daytime cable show panels. "Get in touch with your true feelings. Live in this moment."
