Guessing you're not familiar enough with female cosmetic procedures, not including plastic surgery. Just some: Botox, deep facials, fillers, lasers for age spots, current cosmetics that diminish small wrinkles and under eye bags, and on and on.
Then there is the makeup artists, hair stylists, and fill lighting on set.
I've seen so many photos of famous beautiful women without their procedures/makeup who are not even attractive when the paparazzi catch them off guard.
