Any mention of the CDC’s initial FAILED test? That could be relevant, but of course it won’t be mentioned.
The original CDC test included two COVID-19 tests and a third test that was designed to rule out other non-COVID-19 viruses. It was this third test that was not reliable and the CDC pulled the kits while advising the labs to still use the other two COVID-19 tests which worked fine.
