In the debates he’s generally been regarded as doing okay. He gets into trouble when he has to speak in situations where he wasn’t prepped.
He has oncoming senile dementia which gets worse exponentially. Think about that.
In his debate with Paul Ryan eight years ago, Biden got away with laughing and giggling uproariously and inappropriately for much of the debate. He was mentally sharper then, but his laughter seemed crazed and uncontrollable. It might have been a tactic, who knows, but he won’t be able to use that against President Trump. And Biden clearly is not as mentally sharp now as he was then.
You are kidding right? He either has the deer in headlights look or he talks about doing things he never did. He doesn’t know what state he’s in. He told people to go out & vote on super Thursday. He says he’s running for the Senate.
