So they complain when he does something, then try to take authority out of his hands, then if they succeed and the crisis gets worse, they’ll blame him for not doing enough.

Ok I read this bill and two summaries. I do not see where it just prevents a POTUS from just banning anyone. It looks like it was focused on the banning when religion is involved, or its stating religion as a reason couldn’t be used. Or am I missing something else?
I support the POTUS but can’t just take every action the Dems propose as something extreme.
