Not the same. Flash, Sulphur and feeze points differ.
A 42-gallon barrel of crude oil yields about 20 gallons of gasoline and about 16 gallons of other distillates. Of the distillates, about 4 gallons are jet fuel, while the rest are heating oil and diesel fuel.
