Fox interviewed a girl the other day. She was only asked at departure in Italy if she had been to China or travelling with someone who had been to China. No temperature test.
I've seen the screening when I flew international last month - walk by. If they're not sweating, coughing profusely or wheeled on a gurney, they're free to fly.
