The matriarch of the crime party Hillary C. Clinton666 has issued a decree: Biden is the one to spearhead the bait and switch scam. He is required to name the Demon witch as his running mate. If they succeed in stealing the election - which very well could happen being that we have an AG who to date still thinks the people involved in the 2016 attempt are above the law - Biden will then resign and Hillary C. Clinton666 will be coronated as POTUS. Mission accomplished.
