How about we stop the lying by anecdotal evidence and deal in real numbers?

LONG on emotionally manipulative rhetoric, void of any contact with Science or data.

Here is the up to the minute data

116,000 cases world wide. 105,000 mild or recovered.

4089 deaths

Average age of the dead, 80 years old.

Your "facts" are a snapshot. And every time you post them they're out of date. That's the point of this article. Things are changing rapidly. And yes, an 80 year old life is valuable so I'm not sure why you think it's relative to keep reposting the average age of death. Clearly you're trying to minimize the virus by doing so.

The point is your always out of date stats don't reflect the true danger: The ALREADY happening event of health care systems being overwhelmed while the virus is still RELATIVELY not that widespread. That's the danger.

This paragraph from the article is good advice:

"So have patience, too, that you cannot go to the theater, museums or gym. Try to have mercy on that myriad of older people you could exterminate. It is not your fault, I know, but of those who put it in your head that you are exaggerating and even this testimony may seem like an exaggeration for those who are far from the epidemic, but please, listen to us, try to leave the house only to indispensable things."

Think about others.

Or, how about this you moron, what happens when you get appendicitis, or meningitis, or bleeding to death from a car crash/pelvic injury and go to the hospital, when they are so full there are patients in the hallways? 80 year olds dying is a major problem, but an even bigger problem is a hospital that is too full to treat you, you moron
