I don’t know about the law and it’s ramifications.
I do know I’d be looking for the meanest, most vicious civil-suit lawyer I could get and go after that man if someone I loved fell seriously ill or died because of his abject carelessness and lack of caring for the general health of the community.
The guy is probably a mindless idiot and doesn't have two nickles to rub together...
