In our linen closet I found two bottles of 91% rubbing alcohol. I’d think if you just funneled that in to small spray bottles, it would do the trick. I’m guessing the aloe is just to make it softer ...?

yup..
essential oils, etc..
not sure if it even needs to be full strength, at 91%
I think the basic is 80% alcohol
