Michigan became a "shall issue" state back around 2001 and of course all the liberals were in a panic and predicted gun fights in the streets.......

What very few people knew at the time, including myself and most of law enforcement, was that Michigan was an open carry state and had been for almost forever..........That didn't come to light until a 2nd Amend activist started parading around streets with his AR-15 and a holstered handgun.....
