She needs help, not condemnation.

Understand your reference, but Jesus never said to keep on paying the pagans while they insult and wish us death! There is a difference between antagonism and a near-equivalent of a death curse!.

"....a death curse!" A person like this is incapable of killing the amount of people she is talking about. And I never said she should forfeit her job as her opinion, violent as it is, has nothing to do with that. In the article: “The Board firmly believes that the Museum exists to tell the story of all people in Nolan County, regardless of identity or political belief.” Pioneer City County Museum Director Matt Counts says. “While we do not condone in any way the statements made by Ms. Hicks, we do recognize and thank her for her many years of excellent service to this Museum and to this community.” So what did her comments have to do with her job if she has been doing it in an excellent manner, previously, while obviously still having the opinion that republicans are so evil? That didn't come to being right before the incident. "Jesus never said to keep on paying the pagans while they insult and wish us death!" No. he didn't. But Christ loved his enemies by feeding them, teaching them, and having compassion on them even when he knew they would later kill him (Matt. 9:36; Matt. 12:15; Matt. 14:13-21). What she did was wrong. And she did apologize for her actions. I'm curious why she did it. Did she have a horrible day, or was she sick or tired, and lashed out in anger or exhaustion? We will never know that. But before we condemn her, we should consider one of things above could be a cause of the action and could be contributory enough to cause the death threat rather than saying something less violent or saying she hates all republicans. I can promise you if I said I never wanted to see someone dead at some point in my life, I'd have to say I was a liar, I have. Difference I was not stupid enough to put it on social media and give the opinions a chance to get back to me. I was wrong for the wish, but I'm still wrong as as I am happy they are dead. But they were evil people that hurt others. And I wasn't alone in my thoughts. And it is up to me to settle with my God, with no one else's help. Sorry about the lack of paragraphs. I have no idea why it did that. rwood
