Planes, ships and trains have names and addresses of passengers. Those passenger lists need to be turned over to the CDC and passages notified and given instructions on what 'self isolation' means - and doesn't mean.
It does NOT include going out for dinner or small meetings with friends. Or having cleaning people in... Or trips to the bank to meet with their favorite banker or broker.
