Biden's long and warm relationship with the black community made a difference, with Clyburn saying: "I know Joe. We know Joe. But most importantly, Joe knows us."

We're in a hand-basket because when 'the black community' totally backs a person it means some precincts will show MORE votes than people who live in that precinct... In short voter fraud up the wazoo...

It’s really a leftover from the FDR years. FDR saved the country, according to their grandfathers. So the grandsons are Democratic loyalists to this day.

In 2016 Trump broke through all that. But unlike Hillary, Biden does have that FDR image. He is for the working people, my Democrat acquaintances tell me.

I try to tell them that the last Democrat who was for the working people was Harry Truman. So far I’ve made no progress.

Has anyone asked the question why Pervy Joe doesn’t smell the hair of black women or girls? I only seen pictures of him doing this to Asians or whites, never women of color.

I would say that the reason is very simple. If you get touchy feely or sniffy with a young black girl, she will promptly kick you in the gonads.

I had this conspiracy thought this morning. The DNC would love to have Biden win the nomination and then inform him of who his VP will be. Sometime in September, Biden will step down admitting what is apparently clear to everyone - he's suffering from senility. The DNC gets their choice without the person having to go through the normal vetting process.

Even if the substitute candidate doesn't win, he or she is still viable in 2024 as long as there no implosion on the campaign trail. But this scenario allows the DNC to run a stealth candidate in 2020. Because they wouldn't be stealth candidates, none of the other Presidential candidates or Hillary would be selected. Nor do I think Michelle would be because I think the DNC realizes that a candidate without substance isn't likely to beat Trump. Likely candidates would be some governor who hasn't yet fully shown his liberal tendencies yet or potential rising-star but currently back-bench representative or Senator.

I agree. I also think that Biden’s dementia will speed up as the pressure builds in the coming months. It will become more and more obvious.
