The DNC is setting up running a different person than Biden or Sanders.

It'll be like October 2002 when the corrupt Democrats replaced Torricelli (who wasn't doing well in the polls) with Lautenberg in early October for a November 5th election for U.S. Senator. Musical chairs until they get a candidate they think can win, and if that doesn't work just manipulate the recounts until you get the result you want.

With the Democrats anything goes: "No rules, just wrong" to mangle Outback's tagline.
