This is funny for Democrats, the liberal party, the party of diversity. It all comes down to two old white men.
And it’s all because the diverse field which started out, were rejected by the Democrats voters who claim to love diversity.
There will be a “diverse” VP pick. Best bet is a black woman running mate for the nominee, though a white woman or a homosexual would also be acceptable. But the days of two white heterosexual men on a presidential ticket, are long gone.
Walter Mondull picked Geraldine Ferraro as his running mate in 1984 as a nod to the feminists. The “diversity” pick led to a 49-state wipeout in the fall.
