Was your insurance company allowed to exclude people with such obvious risk factors?
This was just before the question was placed on every application and you had to ask “Have you ever been DIAGNOSED with HIV or ARC?”
I used to have to ask that question out loud to all those SF gay guys. Some of them made it a cause because they were desperate to sue someone for discrimination.
