Who? Who? I clicked this article only to find out which Dem is saying this? I never got an answer. Fake News?
Now that there's a link to the source blog:
"Jimmy Williams, a former Senate Judiciary Committee staffer and senior adviser to former Democrat candidate Tom Steyers presidential campaign, responded to Schumers threat by suggesting that he may need to step down."
This is why guys like Humblegunner add value to FR. Take an important news story about an asshole Democrat Minority Leader shooting off his mouth threatening violence against two Supreme Court Justices, and then totally make up and fabricate a dramatic headline that falsely suggests that one of his own caucus members is breaking ranks against him, just to generate clicks.
When the reader goes to the link, it states that the Democrat who has publicly made a critical statement about Chuckie is some former staffarraptchik from the Senate Intel committee who has most recently been seen on Steyer's presidential campaign.
Way to go, actually a pretty nice blog other than that. Well written and timely. The headline was Schumeresque, Schumerian, Schumerlike, Schumerly.
Not fake, just misleading. The names are in the article. Lawrence Tribe and Jonathan Turley. Attorneys. Neither are elected Dems. I bet you could find some dems at the grocery who would slam Schumer. None of the elected dems don't have the balls so far.
