The creator didn’t use a use a driveway grade snow blower for the artwork. My bet is that it was by a farmer with a high end tractor equipped with a GPS and a computerized plowing map system. Just uploaded a computer file with the pattern to follow.
Could you take a tractor onto a frozen lake? I have only seen them on TV, so I don’t know.

OTOH, i can’t imagine that there was a 250’ “Trump 2020” template just laying around on the web, so i imagine it took a bit of computer skills to make the inputs, you know, a bit more skills than digging a little hole, putting a seed in, covering the seed with dirt and adding water, that is, some “grey matter”, something we all know that no farmers possess ...
