No surprise here. It is only natural for HIV+ to be more susceptible to any opportunistic infections and for the smokers to pulmonary ones.
Additionally, the “not-a-gay” disease seems to be especially pronounced in gays, who also are known to smoke at much higher rates than the general public. Hmmm.....
