Her father, the policeman is in bad shape and on a respirator...
They're trying to track down people from the concert and the train she took to get there, but this could be a major vector for Italy.

This has to be an epidemiologists' nightmare,
then add train travel before and after the concert.
How does a scientist track that random exposure, by someone who may even have been asymptomatic ?

There is no way that virtually everyone there was NOT exposed.

It’s spread by droplets. Did she sneeze, cough or spit on everyone there? A sneeze does have a wide dispersion field, but not across an entire large venue.
Its more than just sneezing.
Did she use the restroom?
Touch anything with tainted hands?
Was she the only one there who was infected?
I would guess the answers are: yes, yes, and no.
Could have been worse, could have been a Justin Bieber concert.
