Good point. I wonder if the SBA will issue regulations on this. Everyone should simply self declare that they meet the criteria for special treatment, be it gender, race, etc.

This will absolutely apply to contract set-asides for minorities. Women-owned businesses will now include men, who according to liberals make the best women.
