Wife’s sister and brother-in-law just moved out of San Jose , after having gotten fed up with all the homeless idiots and what not in their neighborhood
he moved to Morgan Hill 10 miles south which is a surprisingly Republican and conservative enclave
Being a contractor you should see the difference between trying to pull a permit in San Jose , which could be weeks , and Morgan Hill , which is over the counter
