Maybe I’m missing something, but who gives a rat’s patoot what some morons say about you on Facebook or Twitter? Those people aren’t likely to be your customers anyway. How is it worse than getting scolded here for saying something dumb? Perhaps it’s a big deal, but I don’t get it.
People make decisions based upon social media. Right or wrong, a social media campaign against a business can hurt the business financially. Leftists understand this fact which is why the social media weapon is wielded so much by criminal leftists (i.e.democrats). It has an effect with virtually no downside or blowback to the attacker.
