I put a natural area with a 3-foot “kill zone” between the neighbor’s zoysia and our yard. Anything green growing in the kill zone is rounded up.

Just bought a house in central Ohio, and this lawn is 20% covered with that crap. Zoysia has NO business being in Ohio! The turf is also polluted with nimblewell.
So I’ve get to get rid of both. I normally “self-medicate”, but in this case I’m going to bite the bullet and have a pro treat for this year. They have access to some good Schiff, and hopefully backed with a guarantee.
I have long contended that more warming is beneficial. I leave my Cadillac running at night, just in case it might have some effect..
Warmer means more corn acerage available, my furnace runs less. I much prefer my speedos to turtle necks, so do my dates.
