ALBANY, N.Y. -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo plans to eliminate toll booths from the New York State Thruway by 2020. Under the proposal, drivers wouldn't have to stop at a single toll booth from New York City to Buffalo along the 496-mile "superhighway."It's happening all over, people better learn to code.
