I would (sorta) suspect that if there weren’t a lot of uhs, ers, ahs, mes, Is etc it is words from the teleprompter or some other hack that continually put ‘words into the mouth’ of BO.

I guess it isn’t ‘officially’ considered plagiarism when someone writes the majority of anything you have to ‘say’ or ‘author’.
