CBS anchors Norah O'Donnell and Gayle King began moderating Tuesday night's Democratic debate, and Twitter critics were quick to say they "lost control" of the candidates.
Before welcoming additional moderators, the CBS Evening News anchor and the CBS This Morning co-anchor helmed the debate, but many on social media knocked their inability to keep the candidates in line.
"These moderators might be the weakest moderators I've seen in a debate. They have absolutely no control over who is speaking and they are forcing candidates to steamroll them if they want any speaking time. This is a trainwreck," writer Josh Jordan declared.

I’d say at this point, with moderators demonstrated since summer of last year....a debate between Trump and the Democratic candidate is useless, and I’d just abandon the idea of having even one single debate.
If they wanted to go to a Lincoln-Douglas style, with no moderator....that’s a totally different subject, and maybe worth a discussion.
Didn’t, wouldn’t, watch these loons crap all over themselves.
If they can’t get along with each other. or at least show some, albeit, phony respect for each other then how can they expect anyone to respect them.
They are adrift, and gonna sink into the abyss.

I watched the first bit of this - I’m no fan of Klobo, but they went about 15 minutes before she was allowed to speak for the first time. It was way unbalanced.
Now she knows what Yang felt like.
And you expected “what” from a Communist Broadcasting Network production? O’Donnell is a lightweight. Once thought she had a brain cell or two. I was wrong.
Don’t know anything about King but she’s not very impressive either.
Dig up the old lefties like Cronkite, Rather, Safer, etc. and put them up there on stage. Even if some of them are dead, they would probably do a better job of moderating the “clown class of candidates”. ??Sarc???
They needed Yang to explain the Bernie Math question.
So which of the lunatics/candidates got the questions ahead of time?

She was out of her league last night. With more time, I expected the 'What Kind of Tree are you ? question." The whole evening had a reality show vibe.

Didn’t watch it but can assume, by the comments...the only thing missing were the other two rings in this 3-ring circus.
