Old Joe is setting up an insanity defense for his pending legal troubles.
They replaced Joe’s brain with a Rolodex when he had his brain surgery
The cards were filled with old stories, personal taunts from his past, and Joes witticisms
But now, the pages are tattered, stuck together and some tabs are missing
He just gives it a spin and spews whatever it lands on
This is true according to Brian Williams who was there doing the broadcast. Can’t make this stuff up.

The real hoot is that China has opened hundreds of coal-fired power stations and vastly increased its greenhouse gas emissions since joining the fake Accords. The US leads the world in reduction of greenhouse gases, by dint of replacing coal with abundant natural gas for electric generation due to market forces, not government coercion. What an accomplishment Joe.
agree it makes me sad...if this is real it saddens me that no one loved him enough to politely tell those around him to screw off and allow him to maintain whatever dignity he has left.
If this is an act in order to keep him in the race and get people to feel sorry for him so that no one would dare bring charges against him then I can only pray his subterfuge is revealed.
