I am waiting for it to pop up significantly in Africa. There are approximately 1 million Chinese working there. The outbreak occurred roughly around Chinese New Year when you have a lot of people coming and going.

Egypt already has one case.
The continent that still does not have a reported case is South America.
Curiously, South East Asia’s biggest and most populous country, Indonesia does not have one reported case either.
On my cruise vacation, I was surprised at the pervasive Chinese influence in the Caribbean, so they’re probably a big potential outbreak too.
The virus is migrating West. The major hotspots will br the ME and Africa. Like China, these areas have lousy hygiene and sanitation.
