Old stuff I imagine. I suspect from the 50’s to the end of the Cold War there were numerous war games where nukes were used, not used, used in limited events with the old Soviet Union. Have we really forgotten how we lived in the Cold War already.
My first assignment was a Cheyenne Mountain, NORAD headquarters 1976-79.
We did these exercises EVERY day and night.
