Hopefully all of the funds are used strictly here in the US to defend the homeland and Americans. Shut our borders if necessary. China can fend for themselves, maybe turn over their nukes, disband their military if they need our money and help. Same with Iran and others. Our help should come with a steep price to improve our security, to protect us.

There are several things we need to do.

• Protect our borders.
• Do more testing to catch outbreaks earlier.
• Do contact tracing.
• Start manufacturing medical drugs, supplies and devices here.
• That supply chain needs to be ramped up locally ASAP.
• And that's going to take some money.
• Increase our strategic stockpile.

Considering that coronavirus is highly contagious, and is crossing international borders every day, I’m okay with spending some money to stop the spread at multiple borders.
