“A Republic if you can keep it.” — a very succinct answer and spot-on! Good retort.

Gosh, they ought to bring back interest on all loans as a tax deduction. That would be helpful to a lot of people.

Yep. That was the secret to the traditional mortgage. Those who had saved up to put 20% down were likely to keep up with the payments.

Jorge Bush loved smashing that to smithereens.

Just buy votes with OPM. Slow Joe’s last desperate gasp to remain relevant.

$15,000, that’s IT? Warren should offer $50,000.

So, 15K a vote for Biden, sounds like a democrat plan alright.

I’m holding out for Hunter’s deal.

If it’s good enough for your kids, Joe, why not mine?

Mortgage rates are as low as 3.25% today for a 30 year loan.
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/02/24/coronavirus-fears-could-push-mortgage-rates-past-4-year-low.html

Imagine a $200,000 home for $700 a month.
$300,000 for a $1,000 a month.

Biden isn’t offering anything. He’s offering your downpayment on a home to your neighbors that are ignorant when it comes to handling money.

Joe ain't givin shit, he's offering to steal $15K out of my and your pockets and 'redistribute' to someone else to buy their vote.

Median price of a home in California $517,000....HaHa....3.5% down.....monthly payment? $3430. Now that's FHA if you qualify. I know in many states home prices are lower but in California most home prices are higher and then there are little items like HOA fees maintenance and repair.

Democrats, there is no limit to how much of other peoples money thaey are willing to promise to buy votes.
