There is a simple way to prevent a purjury traps by the FBI.
“I do not answer questions from law enforcement, agents of the state or the press, without the presence of my attorney.”
“If you wish to conduct an interview, it will be in the presence of my attorney and will be video recorded.”
The best response is, “Do you have an arrest warrant or search warrant? If the answer is ‘no’, order then to get off your property immediately or you will call 911 and have them arrested.
If I had Bloomberg level wealth, instead of futility running for President I would spend all that ad money telling people DO. NOT. TALK. TO. THE. POLICE. PERIOD. I would put it on the Superbowl if I could. These people are trained, not on how to get the truth, but on how to get the answer they want out of you, and they do so with gusto. It is a shame and a blot on our democracy.
