Then limit immigration to a rate that helps America and in particular helps working AmericansIt's impossible for immigration to help working Americans. That concept is laughable. It can't because the whole purpose of immigration is to increase the labor supply and reduce wages. How can that possibly help working Americans? IT CAN'T.

It’s still good to frame the immigration discussion that way. If nonzero immigration would hurt working Americans, then our immigration rate should be zero. It’s that simple.
