They no longer have to report violent misdemeanors to police or parents. That means school administrators now decide if a violent crime is a felony or misdemeanor, not the local prosecutor. It also says that the school can choose punishment before juvenile charges are brought against students, so that the school’s punishment can be deemed sufficient.

Many if not most of those listed are criminal offenses which HAVE to be reported.
They can’t decide that rape does not have to be reported to police
