A lot of the crowd brought the $10 foldable/collapsible camp chairs to sit, and just left them outside the security portals. They were mostly still sitting where folks left them when the event ended, and if not, I doubt anyone cared if they were taken. I regretted not taking one, and not bringing enough water, and drinking too much coffee. Wear comfortable clothes, especially comfortable shoes, and make sure your phone is charged fully, and be frugal with the battery power so that you can use your phone inside to take pictures and text. The wifi / service will be overwhelmed and will be so slow that it may not work. Have some cash on hand just in case you want to buy something on the spot. Good luck!
