it was the media that “declared” the winner, which has nothing to do with how caucuses are run or their precinct results being reported to party central ... no actual delegates have been awarded nor will they be until the final vote counting is finished ... typical media pretending like they run the show instead of just reporting the show ...
They interviewed folks on the way into the caucus—sort of a last minute type of poll.
It is highly inaccurate—if this wasn’t a Bernie landslide the “information” would be totally useless.
