The President should be able to fast track revocation of security clearances. Start with anyone who left government who somehow “retain” clearance to write memoirs, etc. like Susan Rice, ValJar, Powers, Hillary, even Obama, Kerry, and then move to the known leakers and falsifiers of intelligence like Schiff.
