Before anyone gets too upset because of no confirmations, the Senate wasn’t in session this past week. Next week (Tuesday, February 25, 10:00am), the Judiciary Committee will hold an interesting hearing on the subject of “universal injunctions”. Those are where a single District Judge stops an action FOR THE ENTIRE NATION. Obama Judges have really been big on these decisions since Trump became President,

The hearing will be streamed live (it will be recorded for later viewing by the public also) for anyone interested in seeing it. The hearing may give us an idea of how this problematic practice will be dealt with. The link follows:
