It should be more than obvious to anyone that Biden is way past his prime. I'm not doctor but this is a man suffering from aphasia , advancing dementia, and cognitive dissonance. This is a man who is absolutely in no shape to be campaigning let alone being able to survive the rigors of being president of the United States.
