If a multiple murderer deserves a second chance what about a gang scumbag? Maybe the two men at least deserved a 2nd glance into their files as to what they did before being beaten to death. I’ll be frank with you. If I had two choose one of two men I had to be neighbors with and one of them murdered several people and the other grabbed a kid’s butt one time because it turned him on...which would technically count as assault...I’d pick the latter. I wouldn’t want either one as a neighbor but the multiple murderer would make me a lot more uncomfortable in comparison. Just saying.
You don’t go to prison for pinching a butt. Prison is felony conviction, and given how often they will plea bargain felony to misdemeanor, I’d bet the pedos he killed were pretty bad.
