Soros is smart. He promotes those offices that can have a real and direct effect on overthrowing representative government, silently and very often in secret. The various Secy. of State slots are on his “A” list.

I like that....good blend of words!
It took Soros awhile to get smart. He spent years trying to impose his “vision” on the USA through contributing to candidates in national politics and failed repeatedly. He turned to less publicized, local contests and has achieved success in causing civil unrest by allowing violent criminals to avoid jail and continue preying upon other citizens.
