Sorry, no. This has been debunked by those knowledgeable on shipboard air circulation. Each cabin intakes and exhausts air separately (reason..fire spread prevention).

Even if cabins were sharing ventilation air (which they weren’t), no one realized in the beginning that true airborne transmission of the virus was possible.
