IMHO all cruise ships are a enclosed shared disease bowl.
If just ONE person standing at the bow of the ship sneezes, then within a few days everyone is sharing the germs.
The same goes for airplanes but 100x worse as its a sealed enclosed vessel!

As someone who do tend to sneeze quite LOUDLY, I guess if I'm going to be travelling on any airline soon and when I need to sneeze, my loud sneezes will probably put the fear of God in everyone when I let one off!!
Will it be my problem if it scares the crap out of everyone on the airplane?

The speed of the ship would disperse those germs very quickly. Very unlikely that any would be ingested into the ship.

Any mass transit vehicle can become a petri disease on wheels container!
This virus can live for days (do know exactly how many days) after someone sneezes, coughs, breathes, passes gas or got on the vehicle with dirty hands and pants/skirts.
