If there weren't WiFi or Cell Towers everywhere to quickly distribute digital imagery The FBI would have gotten a teletype about that warehouse being found, contacted the news wires to hold the story, flown two dozen agents in an assortment of attire down to PR along with four dozen selected media chumps, and had a huge news conference about how after years of hard, minutely detailed, work they had uncovered possible theft of Federal Aid to PR.
While this was all going on, the DoJ would be selecting the appropriate patsy to trot forward after a few more days of FBI magic.

You can’t blackmail someone who will agree with what your trying to blackmail him for. Don’t know if Richard Grenell ever hung out at the Anvil, but I suspect if he did and you asked him he would say yep.
But since he is an evangelical christian conservative, I suspect he did not check out those types of places. He has been with his christian partner, Matt Lashey of over 16 years.
