Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren (Mass.) drafted a document her primary opponent Mike Bloomberg can sign to release his former employees from nondisclosure agreements (NDAs).
Warren, who has been calling on Bloomberg to release people who used to work for his company from the secrecy agreements for months, unveiled her document Thursday during a CNN town hall in Nevada.
So I used to teach contract law. And I thought I would make this easy. I wrote up a release and covenant not to sue. And all that Mayor Bloomberg has to do is download it. I'll text it. Sign it. And then the women, or men, will be free to speak and tell their own stories," Warren said.

release the names of the congressmen who hushed up sex charges with 20 million in US taxpayer money.
Yep. Thats exactly what shes doing. I hope she gets politically kneecapped, along with her new best bud, Bern.
we don’t need the victims’ names or the charges, just the congressional names and the dollar amounts.
No change to the nda needed
Mayor Bloomberg as just as anti-freedom as all the rest of them. Why are so many people on this site taking sides with Bloomberg? Bloomberg and Warren are both equally loathsome. Let them both destroy each other.
He should send her a remittance form for the money and university place she fraudulently gained by claiming Indian heritage! She should hand back the money with interest and the degree she got!
“I bet she lied about drafting the document. She probably got it from legal zoom.”
She probably got a tribal discount, too.
Imagine the blackmail the Clintons have been up to for years.
The only thing good about this is that should Lizzie Liesalot become the nominee, we know one of the tricks she will attempt to use against PDJT.
Harvey Bloomberg. Game-on
Woohoo...Go Squaw!
As he is doing poorly, mike may never have to release his tax returns.
Why does she begin every sentence with so? Annoying habit!
So you should stop starting sentences with “so”, Lizzy, because it’s really annoying.
She may have taught contract law but my bet is she litigated precious little.
She is just whiddling down the future DNC field.
The parties reached an agreement. Warren is not a party and should keep out of it. If the people wanted to speak out, they could have turned down the money and written a book. Maybe they dont want to be dragged through media muck.
Do they have to give their money back? Because if you are not going to honor the contract, Bloomberg should get the money back.
Warren may just keep mini-mike from getting traction if she maintains her attacks. I’m starting to wonder if she joins Sanders on the ticket for a full blown socialist slate.
She certainly is showing her chops for the classic VP attack role!
