Actually it was in a good way.
It opened up my eyes to inside the Beltway, especially cuz now I live about a mile outside of it for the past 20 years and deal with D.C. daily.
The mentality here is just foreign to us normals.
Is there something in the water down there, or just the fact that it's such a "closed shop"?
