If it weren't for America's insatiable need for drugs there would be cartels.

Legalizing drugs would simply shift the "battle" from Mexico to the myriad of hospitals and rehab centers needed to combat the mega-increased addition problems.

Here is how the Swiss dealt with legalizing drugs....well not legalizing them but allowing them to be left alone.
